Shipping policy

We, Cycle of Knowledge Innovative Solutions Pty Ltd ("the Retailer"), are the reseller of the products listed for sale on HydrateWithAqualyte.com.

The Retailer may use one or more suppliers ("the Supplier") to fulfill your order.

Should you have any concerns about the shipment or delivery of your order please contact us first and allow us to initiate a quick check of where your item is. 95% of all concerns can be addressed this way. Some concerns are more complex and may take a little longer. 

Combined Shipping Charges 

Products on this website have an 'averaged' flat rate charge for Australia-wide delivery. We do not combine postage at this time. 

Shipping and Delivery

AQUALYTE products are shipped direct from the Australian factory/warehouse.

Other merchandise and products may ship from Australian and/or Overseas suppliers.

Our suppliers work extremely hard to ship your order on the first business day after receiving your order from us, the Retailer. This should occur on the first business day following receipt of your order. On occassions where this is not possible, and there may be a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you.

Australian public holidays may or may not be national holidays. On any given day our suppliers may, or may not, be impacted. Few postal or courier services are available on public holidays. At peak periods, such as Christmas and Mother's Day, please order early and be patient. We will do everything we can.

In addition to normal Public Holidays, our suppliers usually shut for short periods over Christmas/New Year, and when undertaking stocktakes. Recently, events such as COVID and various flus, have caused unscheduled staff shortages that also impact dispatch times.  If your item is delayed we will contact you to seek your instructions as to whether you are happy to wait, may wish to substitute, or even receive a full refund.

Some of our items ship from very large distribution warehouses. These suppliers often require additional handling lead-time to pick the items from the racks and prepare them for shipment. Wherever possible we advise any anticipated delays in the item ads.

AQUALYTE products are normally dispatched the day after receiving our orders.

Items that are too heavy or too large for AusPost require courier delivery. Couriers typically require an extra day for booking and scheduling of the pickup. Couriers can not deliver to AusPost Post Boxes, We will require a physical address.

Some items may be imported specifically for you, based on your order. These items are clearly marked as requiring a lead time to allow shipment from overseas countries. 

All items shipped by The Retailer have tracking. To facilitate the fastest possible delivery of your items we use a number of shipping systems.  

Collection 

Collection is not available from industrial warehouse sites.

Import Custom Duties and Fees

The onus lies with you, the Purchaser, to ensure all import requirements are fully met for the delivery destination you have provided. Should any Customs charges and/or Import duties be incurred and be payable prior to receipt of your item, payment of these charges is solely your responsibility.

To the best of our knowledge, there are no additional Customs charges or Import duties applying to AQUALYTE products. If this changes we will list countries charging Import fees here, as we become aware of them.
